About Dr. Sisbarro Paul J. Sisbarro, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
Dr. Sisbarro is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He has experience in the areas of prostate cancer, including radical surgery, uroradiology, endourology, infertility, and female incontinence. Dr. Sisbarro was instrumental in bringing brachytherapy, for the treatment of prostate cancer, to Lancaster County and has been performing this procedure since 1997. Dr. Sisbarro continued his postgraduate training at the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Hospital, and Walter Reed Medical Center. He is certified in areas such as laser surgery, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and contigen implants. Dr. Sisbarro has also done work with numerous medical associations and has given many presentations. His hospital appointments include the Heart of Lancaster Hospital, Ephrata Community Hospital, Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Lancaster General Hospital, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, Lancaster Osteopathic Medical Society, and the Urological Association of Pennsylvania, Inc.

Dr. Sisbarro attended the University of Scranton, where he received his bachelor of science degree. He completed a graduate degree in biochemistry and then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1982 with a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree. Dr. Sisbarro served his internship and residencies in general surgery and urologic surgery at Metropolitan Hospital - Parkview Division.
